| A few days ago, Helen and I were discussing our financial situation and having a closer look at our investments than we would normally do, due to the Global Financial Crisis.

As you know, we have now been in a retirement village on the south coast for four years and we are very happy in this environment.
Even though our monthly returns from our investments have dropped by around 30-35% we still feel financially secure due to your advice and we recall when we first invested our money there was a downturn and you said at the time "we had to stay there for the long haul".
It is a pleasure to be in your office once a year to discuss our financial situation and we always leave with great satisfaction, knowing we are financially safe.
Your staff 'phone us to find out if we have any problems and your correspondence is always well received. We have found that when we need assistance it is attended to immediately and in a very professional manner.
